What stays on your device
- The trips and dates you enter are processed in your browser.
- They are saved in your browser’s local storage on this device, so they are still there next time. Use “Clear all” to remove them, or clear your browser data.
- A share link puts your trip dates in the part of the address after the “#”. Browsers don’t send that part to our server. Anyone you give the link to can see those dates.
What we don’t do
- No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers.
- We never ask for your passport number.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use that data to identify you.
If you email [email protected], we use your message and address only to reply, and keep them only as long as needed for that.
The app
- Your trips, people, notes and settings are stored only on your phone. There is no account and no Days Allowed server. Like other app data, they are part of your phone’s own backups (iCloud or your computer).
- Purchases go through Apple. RevenueCat, the service that handles our purchases, receives your purchase history (what you bought and when) under a random ID it creates, so your purchase unlocks and can be restored. It is not linked to your name or email. We also see totals there, such as how many purchases there are.
- Reminders are notifications your phone schedules itself. Nothing is sent to us.
- No tracking, no ads, no crash reporting, and no analytics beyond those purchase totals. The app never asks for your location.
- PDF and CSV files leave your phone only when you share them. Links (rule sources, Terms, Privacy) open in a browser only when you tap them.
- To delete everything, delete the app. To remove single trips or people, delete them in the app. For the purchase record kept by RevenueCat, email us.
